How do I know if my child’s drawing will work?
To this day we've yet to have a child's drawing we couldn't turn into jewelry
Does the artwork need to be on plain white paper?
It can be on any colored paper or lined paper! Our technology allows us to remove any background features and use only the desired drawing!
How long will it take for me to receive my purchase?
Each order is highly customized and takes 3 weeks to be custom 3D designed, 3D printed, metal cast and polished. Once your jewelry is produced and packaged a shipping confirmation is sent via email that includes your order tracking number.
What do I do if the artwork I want to use has other drawings or words on it?
Upload the photo and at checkout use the NOTES section to give us more details. For example say "use only the heart, not the scribble on the right".
